A Performance Evaluation Model of E-Government Website Based on Public Attention

In order to solve the problems of current performance evaluation models of e-government website, we propose a performance evaluation model based on public attention, which concerns about the timeliness and rationality. The method about how the model is constructed is presented. Empirical analysis on the sampling e-government website based on our proposed model is given. Analysis results show that our proposed model based on public attention can increase the performance evaluation completeness of e-government website, which can help e-government website improve quality effectively.
