Abstract :
This paper shows how simulation technology can serve as an effective educational tool to enhance the learning of process reengineering concepts. Three examples used at the Information Resources Management College, National Defense University are presented, all of which illustrate the successful application of simulation to process improvement. This paper also discusses lessons learned and implementation issues, and explores the future of simulation in the classroom
