The evaluation of innovative and technological management consciousness of leading Turkish firms

Competition among companies make it clear that only organizations that have the ability and flexibility to adapt themselves to the rapidly changing environmental conditions can preserve their energy of surviving and developing. The ability to produce “world class products” and to compete in all international markets rather than responding to a limited customer focus is a vital requirement in order to cope with accelerating competition and ambiguous environmental conditions. This research is conducted on top 250 Turkish firms concerning their R&D abilities and activities. The aim was to investigate the correspondence between theory and practice and consciousness of R&D among these companies.
