Value Engineering Contract Management in the Stage of Construction for Building Project

This paper studied value engineering contract in the stage of construction for building project and proposed that government authorities, the legislature, industrial associations and other departments issued a special provision of value engineering which discussed the concept of value engineering contracts, the operation flow of value engineering change proposal, the identification of value engineering change savings , on how to share the savings between the developer and the contractor , and the dispute settlement about value engineering contract.
