Fusing tracks from heterogeneous radars: practical problems and solutions

In this paper, we aim to represent the statistical information originating from heterogeneous sensors in the best way possible and carry it to a common reference for association with an appropriate metric, then fuse the associated information in a synergic way. A software program has been developed to model the real life limitations and performance comparison of different association and fusion algorithms have been carried out.
