Abstract
The differences and similarities of the leadership mechanism in the Sino-Norwegian bi-cultural teleworking teams are discussed in terms of two aspects: the basic leadership mechanism and the remote leadership mechanism. And then in the case study of a bi-cultural teleworking team in a Sino-Norwegian Joint Venture M, the problem about leadership mechanism in the bi-cultural teleworking team is analyzed, and some corresponding measures to solve the problem are put forward finally.
