Abstract :
Simulation experiment was performed in order to validate the performance of AMT (Automated Mechanical Transmission) control system. Based on the finite state machine, a simulating model which can express dynamic characteristics of the automotive power system in every driving phase is proposed. In the experiment, a hard-in-loop half-real simulating system is established in which the simulation model is working as its kernel. Results of simulation experiment show that the model can effectively simulate the performance of the automotive power system and therefore can be used to evaluate the performance of the AMT control system.
