Abstract :
A unique approach for various system theory problems solving is presented. The main advantage of this approach is the ability to meet the requirements of the entire given transfer matrices, instead of their some performances (e.g. the root of characteristic equation complex plane distribution) as it occurs in the conventional approaches. A result of new approach is the reduction of equations of a dynamic system of any complexity to a set of the matrix final formulas, linear and bilinear equations, for which the solution´s difficulties are fundamentally less than in the conventional representations.
