Abstract
The traditional supply chain cannot satisfy the various requirements of the markets, and enterprises must enhance competitive strength by supply chain network. However, general supply chain network models cannot describe effectively the complexities of system. According to graph theory, the paper presents a multi-layer model of supply chain network. In this model, the paper addresses nodes and connections in the layers, and analyzes corresponding relationships among the layers. On the basis of this model, we present analysis contents of the supply chain network from four viewpoints which are graph theory, three levels of supply chain, simulation and flexibility.
