Abstract
The paper focuses on simulation of fuzzy logic transmission system dynamic braking control. It is conditioned by ongoing reconstruction of the Russian Far East power grid system protection scheme. Recently, the Zeya Hydro Power Plant´s system protection scheme complex has been subjected to be modernized. It belongs to top level of the system protection scheme that is responsible for power transmission system angle stability during faults and steady state stability during post-fault conditions. Reconstruction of dynamic braking devices and their control systems has to be fulfilled only next year. Thus, it seems appropriately to investigate the possible ways to improve this dynamic braking control system.
