Abstract :
In this study, the effect of the affine transformation on speech recognition is examined in a noisy environment. Noisy speech which has 20, 10, 5 and 0 dB SNR is obtained in the Matlab medium by adding white noise on clean speech in the TI Digit Database. The recognition rates are evaluated after the training and test sets which include noisy speech are mapped into clean speech by using affine transformations.
