Abstract :
In this paper, we validate the effect of Railway Static Power Conditioner (RPC) in TOHOKU SHINKANSEN on actual operation. The validation is made in the case of normal (parallel) and extended feeding condition. By simulation and measuring, it is shown that RPC can be stopped in normal and extended feeding condition.
