Abstract
In this paper the design of high-order active filters employing CMOS electronically tunable current conveyors is described. The circuit proposed contains 3n ECCII, 3n-2 resistors and n+1 capacitors for the realization of an nth order filter. Each coefficient in the transfer function of the circuit can be adjusted independently by adjusting the corresponding biasing currents. The performance of the circuit is demonstrated by SPICE simulations.
