Abstract
A new paradigm of contractual technology in computing has been proposed. This paradigm provides an alternative in resource management technique on network computing. It states that computer resources usage information should be made explicitly available to entities, which intend to use it. Therefore, a schedule of the usage of resources should be maintained. However, computation resources usage nowadays cannot be predicted. In this paper, a proposal of making computation resources to be predictable is presented
