  • Abstract
    Put forward a new non-classical damping system--frame structure infill wall TMD damping system by changing the connection between frame and infill walls. Appling basic principles of structure random vibration and tuned mass dampers, establishes initial mathematical model of infill walls TMD damping system, and analyses the influencing factors. The results show that infill walls as TMD can reduce the vibration response of frame structure. The partial infill walls of the frame structure converted into tuned mass dampers can effectively control the vibration response of building structure.
