Abstract :
In this paper, a compact transceiver module with high performance, which operating at Ka- band frequency, had been developed. This transceiver module has high RF output power about 35dBm, <4.5dB receive noise figure and narrow bandwidth about 1%. The important factor for this compact transceiver module is GaAs based MMIC technology and advanced packaging techniques. We believe that it will be used in many applications.
