Abstract :
The relaying tasks are divided into five groups: border, diagnostic, situational, setting and simulation. The problem of inverse transform as transition made by recognition system, which maps a measurement to the simulation conditions of the supervised object, is considered. The interval transform is applied to fault location, filtering, extrapolation and digital signal processing. On the basis of informational analysis the theory of orthogonal components filter is generalized.
