  • Abstract
Using the plastic-plate of rice seedling, we studied that phosphogypsum as acidifier in affected on the growth of rice seedling. It was shown that phosphogypsum could adjust soil pH value of into the pH range of rice seedling growing, which had increased effectively plant height, root length, dry weight, chlorophyll content and root activity of rice seedling. Phosphogypsum treatment mixed sulfuric acid with 1:1 and singly phosphogypsum streatmen (33.43g·m-2) were the best among all treatments, which were significant difference with other treatment(p<;0.05). We suggested that phosphogypsum could partly replace sulfuric acid as in rice seedling in order to reduce the cost of acidifier in rice seedling and decrease environmental burden while utilize effectively resources.
