Abstract
We proposed the method of recording holograms by using tapered fiber tips for both arms. The main advantage of this scheme using NSOM is the programmability of recorded data position over 30 μm x 40 μm range and the controllability of beam spot size. Small beam spot size using two fiber tips is profitable to obtain high storage density. To enhance the storage density, we can add another multiplexing method, such as, wavelength multiplexing or speckle multiplexing.
