Abstract :
An intelligent system for personal and family financial service is designed. The technologies of data mining, data warehouses, neural networks and expert systems are applied in different moduli of the system. This system is designed for bank representatives to serve their clients by providing the case-based financial plan according to client´s request. After collecting necessary information from the customer the system classifies the type of the client, analyzes his/her financial situation and finally provides a suggested financial plan.
