Abstract :
With the increasing number of commercial services in the Internet, the support of a charging process among participating providers becomes highly relevant. In this paper, an architecture is proposed which provides a user-friendly environment for content-based service access. It supports the exchange of charging information between multiple providers. In addition, the approach enables users to receive a single invoice only, containing all the details of accessed services and their charges.
