Abstract :
The linear servo motor drive of high-voltage circuit breaker is designed to realize the opening and closing operation, by which the quicker response ability and the better performance can be obtained. The control system simulation model is developed. Then the hardware of the controller and the control strategy of moving contact based on DSP are designed. Control algorithm of Single neuron PID and its mathematical model are discussed in detail. Traditional PID and single neuron PID Simulation are used separately in the analysis of the moving contact movement control during the opening and closing of the high-voltage circuit breaker. Test results show that single neuron PID control strategy can achieve the speed tracking and improve the effectiveness of the control. So the opening and closing ability of circuit breaker are enhanced and lifespan is improved.
