Abstract :
In this paper, we demonstrate by simulation that chaos intermittency is observed in mutually coupled third order PLL with sinusoidal phase detector characteristics. This system is represented by seven-dimensional nonlinear nonautonomous differential equation. For a coupling factor ζ = 0.8, we found a type of intermittency arise through increasing the loop gain (Ko).
