Abstract :
At first, we have designed new cylindrical capacitive-conductive sensor and measuring technique for evaluating insulation condition of heat transfer fluids in accordance with aging. And it has been estimated for performance of developed sensor using simulated cooling system. Also using new designed system, it has been investigated for the dielectric property analysis on thermal degradation of heat transfer fluids such as coolant which needed electrical insulation. It has been compared the values measured by developed sensor with values measured by commercial conductivity and TDS(total dissolved solids) meter for estimating performance of new sensor.
