Abstract :
Today, the methods for measuring ground impedance are fall-of-potential method and potentiometer method which are based on IEEE std.81-2 and JEAC. The fall-of-potential method of equipments (D, C, M company, etc.) used usually In order to test, I made a large grounding mesh, rod, etc. and so we could define a new measurement method and test probe distance by comparing IEEE std.81-2 and JEAC with IEC 60364. Test result and analysis are shown in this paper.
