Abstract :
This paper simplifies the digital PID on the basis of conventional PID controller. Then, through introducing fuzzy system with a fuzzifier and a defuzzifier, parameters can be fuzzily self-adaptive. This paper puts forward a new fuzzy PID algorithm so that PID controller has the ability to tune nonlinear, real-time, indefinite situations. At last, we utilize a Stone Testing Machine to test side pressure of a granite sample. The result shows that this algorithm has high reliability, high accuracy, relatively stronger anti-interference ability and robustness.
