Abstract
This paper, wide band and harmonic suppressing filter with short stub lambdag/4 structure were realized and measured. Unnecessary harmonics produced from BPF was suppressed by integration of broadband BSF in to conventional stub BPF. In case of inserting the BSF at the input and output region of the BPF, the size was increased. So, the BSF was inserted in the location of transmission line and that made decrease in size. In order to realize broadband and narrowband stub BPF, several methods were used but there were not many methods to suppress the harmonics. Such realized filters can be used in ITS or ISM band application.
