  • Abstract
    The accumulation of the UWB signal power by combining the power in many relatively weak unit sources has been considered in the given report. The basic active component in generators of UWB ultrashortpulse (USP) signals is the device switching between modes of high and low conductivity. The most effective way of developing the power USP technique is to create a small spectrum of generic generating modules. The generating power can be increased only by increasing the device volume, i.e. by increasing sizes (from one to three dimensions)
