Abstract :
The proposed PGA not only consumes low power, as little as 2.16 mW, but has 3 - times a wider BW compared with a conventional VGA. The PGA can obtain as wide a gain range as -29 dB to 33 dB with 1 dB steps. It also has a high IIP3, which was found to be -1 dB.
