Abstract
A design of reflectarray antenna using dielectric resonator antenna (DRA) loaded with C-slot at 12GHz is presented. The C-slot located underneath of the DRA acts as parasitic element in order to vary the phase reflection on the unit cell. Five different lengths of slot was simulated using CST software. A 322° of phase range with low loss is achieved. It shows that the DRA structure has the ability to have sufficient phase range with low loss for the implementation of the whole reflectarray at 12 GHz.
