Abstract :
Differential sampling is the advanced version of thermal sampling (TS) which eliminates the TS disadvantages such as, time consumption, limited resolution and precision and the need of thermal cycles, which might produce unwanted structural changes. From the model calculation and from the experimental data, we find in the DS-spectra of As vs. Ts and of As vs. In ts a low activation energy As at short times or low temperatures, and a high activation energy at long times or high T´s. DS quantify the beneficial effect of physical aging.
