Abstract :
The results of experimental and theoretical investigation of a Vivaldi antenna in the pulse radiation mode are presented. The forms of radiated and received pulses on the base and cross polarization field components are obtained. The energetic relations between the components are calculated. The energetic characteristics and mutual coupling effects for various radiator shape, length and type of the excitation pulse are investigated
