Abstract :
In this work, a dual-band current-reused LNA is designed with dual-band matching networks at input and output. The switched inductors are also used in the inter-stage to reject the unwanted signals from other frequencies. The configuration of current-reused has the advantages of cascode one, such as high isolation, reduced Miller effect, and low noise, and it could also decrease the power consumption and increase the gain. The 2.3/5.2 GHz dual-band LNA is designed with TSMC 0.18 mum CMOS process. All the components are on-chip.
