Abstract :
This paper describes a new method to derive calibration factors of transfer type power sensors (PS) such as Tegam/Weinschel model 1107-7. By combining power splitter theory and vector network analyzer (VNA) measurements, this method can achieve higher accuracy in calibration factor measurements with significantly reduced mismatch errors.
