Abstract :
By applying the effective bandwidth theory of wireline network on wireless domain, a cross-layer resource allocation algorithm based on MIMO-OFDM time-frequency frame structure is introduced. This algorithm not only concerns the channel state information in the physical layer, but also pays attention to priority, fairness and delay quality of service (QoS) at the date link layer, which would be more effective compared to the conventional layered structure. From statistic point of view in this paper, the relationship among delay QoS, channel state information, resource allocation is researched, and the complete description step is put forward. Simulation results show that this algorithm can improve the spectrum efficiency, and the complication is well situated. It is a feasible scheme.
