Abstract :
The multilayer Rosen type piezoelectric transformer is investigated through linear piezoelectric equations combined with the theory of elasticity. The equivalent circuit model of piezoelectric transformer is deduced through the analysis of the equivalent circuit of the input and output portion. According to the model, the mathematical expressions of the equivalent mechanical mass, equivalent mechanical compliance, equivalent mechanical resistance, the step-up ratio of the multilayer piezoelectric transformer are concluded. Then the relationship of the step-up ratio with load, output power with load and step-up ratio with frequency arc simulated.
