Abstract :
This work deals with image restoration and decomposition, into geometric and texture components, via nonstandard diffusion. A genuine class of convex functionals, for which the corresponding minimization problems have existence and uniqueness solutions, is proposed. Finally, efficient regularization or decomposition algorithms, based on projection methods, are proposed in the case of scalar and vectorial images.
