Abstract :
The PID algorithms are usually used in the traditional autoleveller control, but it´s difficult to ensure the controlling effect. In this paper, the fuzzy control algorithm is used in the system. By analyzing the mathematical model of the autoleveller system, we established a fuzzy controller and built a simulation model in simulink environment. The simulation results were given next. The simulation waveform shows that this method can improve product quality significantly. Therefore the algorithm is practical in autoleveller system.
