  • Abstract
New approach for solving problem of a separation of the sum of sinusoidal signal and short or ultrashort impulses is proposed. Setting a considered problem contains assumptions that sinusoidal signal is single and impulses are strictly finite in the time, but parameters of sinusoidal signal and impulses are unknown a priori. Instead of standard least squares criterion, based on minimization of discrepancy square, the criterion of the minimum of the "length of discrepancy" of solution is used. Results of numerical simulations are presented as well
