  • Abstract
    The history of development of Russian state special standard of units of pulse electric and magnetic intensities is briefly described. The characteristics of acting standard reproducing UWB-SP with front up to 0.3 ns have been presented. The results of preliminary experiments showing the possibility of standard UWB-SP generation with front no more than 30 ps have been described
