Abstract :
In this paper, temperature-compensated CMOS active mixer adopting PTAT biasing circuit with complementary input stage is proposed. A controllable PTAT block optimizes the biasing current and complementary input stage with common mode feedback (CMFB) circuit help to maintain a constant voltage gain and IIP3 of mixer over wide temperature range. The simulation and measurement results show that the variation of gain is around 0.5 dB over the temperature range from -25 to 85 .
