Abstract :
The paper deals with the problems of relations between the fuel and energy complex and the consolidated budget under restructuring the electricity industry on the example of Irkutsk region. It presents numerical estimation how different variants of changes in electricity tariffs can affect the consolidated budget revenues and expenses.
