Abstract
The main questions of flat dielectric materials heat-treatment, located near the slow-wave structures in the running wave field are considered. The analysis of the main equations for calculation of the waited and specific power losses distribution toward spreading microwave energy is organized in rectangular coordinate system. The dependency of the power distribution toward spreading energy direction on deceleration factor and heat-treated dielectric material parameters is shown. The microwave power distribution on the slow-wave structure surface in dependencies on dielectric material parameters, generator wavelength and deceleration factor is presented
