Abstract
The results of numerical simulations of single-frequency, regular self-modulation and chaotic generation in various microwave devices utilizing electrodynamic system in the form of chain of oscillators have been presented. The investigation of non-stationary processes in multiple-cavity klystron, TWTO, BWO has been conducted. The numerical simulation is based on non-stationary theory of excitation of periodic waveguides. This approach is applicable for various practical problems, such as amplification of multi-frequency signals, parasitic self-excitation of amplifiers
