Abstract
The principles of image creation in scanning laser acousto-optic microscope (LAOM) with sound frequency modulation are discussed with the help of double Fourier- transformation of acoustic field of an object. Some features of the image building are considered. The calculations results are given for an operation a LAOM with sound frequency modulation under certain basic parameters
