Abstract
Techniques previously developed by the author (1993) are applied to the problem of distributed control of discrete-event systems with masked observation. The solution is given in terms of elementary constructions on automata that are carried locally. In order to improve the efficiency of the computations involved, we give some results on modular specification of distributed systems
