Abstract :
A modification method of analyzing surface acoustic wave devices using the coupling-of-modes (COM) and FEMSDA- technique is presented. The reflection, transduction, attenuation and coupling between two tracks are included in the model. In this paper, results obtained were presented by development of the universal analysis and modeling technique for various surface acoustic wave devices.
