Abstract :
Wire antennas have been extensively used. Unfortunately, narrow bandwidth, low efficiency and matching difficulty are three vital disadvantages of electrically small monopoles. There are many effective methods to overcome their disadvantages. Loading is one of the effective methods. Our antenna is a miniature broadband loaded monopole. Simulation and measurement results are shown.
