Abstract
An enhanced integration technique is presented to compute the elements of the system matrix of the EFIE-MoM using triangular surface patches. It is shown, that spending a lot more efforts in the accuracy of the single matrix element, the needed number of unknowns can be reduced significantly without a loss of precision. Therefore, the total computation time, consisting mainly of matrix filling time and solving time, can also be reduced. This technique is helpful when e.g. power supply structures of modern printed circuit boards need to be examined efficiently
