Abstract :
Using a programmable composite noise generator (P-CNG) which have been developing by the authors, Middleton´s (1977) “Class A” noise is simulated. It is mentioned also what we should take care of if we use the P-CNG for immunity tests. The setting method of A and Γ´ which are the parameters of the “Class A” noise is shown. The time-based amplitude probability distributions (APD) of the P-CNG output are measured. As a result, it was found that the time-based APD is coincident with the setting and experiment value of the “Class A” noise
